• Monitor and operate MG3 Energy’s generation assets in coordination with ERCOT protocols and Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) responsibilities.

• Submit daily resource plans (COPs), manage telemetry, and ensure compliance with ERCOT Nodal Protocols.

• Manage scheduling, outages, bids/offers, and performance reporting.

• Respond to grid events, curtailments, and ancillary services instructions in real-time.

• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure operational readiness and compliance.

• Maintain logs, generate reports, and support settlement validation.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for ERCOT, TDSPs, and asset operators during operational hours.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in ERCOT operations, grid dispatch, or generation asset control.

• Familiarity with ERCOT’s QSE role, Nodal Protocols, and SCED/RTM concepts.

• Experience using ERCOT Market Information Systems (MIS), XML, or API-based interfaces.

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage stress in real-time decision-making environments.

• Willingness to work on-site and potentially in rotating shifts as operations expand.

• NERC certification or ERCOT operator training a plus.
